This dental office was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I arrived about 30 minutes early due to no traffic in the opposite direction! Yay me. Issac helped me out at the front desk and checked me in, it was a very easy and smooth process. They were able to get me started even before my appointment time. Cesar took my xray’s and photos. Dr. Lemez took a look at my teeth and explained what was happening in my mouth. She also explained how I’ve been brushing my teeth with my electric toothbrush wrong this entire time.. LOL. I need a root canal and had no idea what that meant so she brought over a mouth replica and showed me exactly what a root canal is and how it’s done. I have a deep cleaning coming up along with my root canal. Looking forward to better dental hygiene. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent customer service, I am looking forward to my procedures and I hope they’re as pleasant as my experience.
