I was met with friendly, informative & attentive staff throughout my dental appointment. Lindsey in the front office was very helpful in understanding my billing. Evelyn, Carmen & Dulce were efficient in every aspect of my appointment whether assisting Dr. Shervin with my cavity removal & crown placement, x-rays confirming my cracked tooth & digital imaging for confirmation of debris removal & tooth alignment. Dr. Shervin was informative, engaging & professional during my procedure. Everyone made my experience comfortable & easy.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! From start to finish, everyone was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. Kelsi, the assistant, was super sweet, helpful and made the whole appointment go smoothly. She really took the time to make sure I was at ease, which I appreciated so much. Dr. Shervin was wonderful too! He went over my X-rays with me, explained everything about my upcoming wisdom teeth extractions and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He was so personable and understanding, with a great bedside manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff here truly cares about their patients, and it shows. I’d definitely recommend this office to others; you’ll be treated like family!

I had an appointment today as a first time patient and it was an excellent experience. Everyone at the front desk was very inviting and helpful and made the check-in process very smooth. My dentist, Dr. Lemenz, was personable and fun to talk to, she answered all of my questions concisely and in a way I understood, and she seemed to make a genuine effort in insuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. I personally don’t have anxieties about going to the dentist, but if I did I would want a dentist like Dr. Lemenz to help put me at ease. The facility itself is very hygienic and orderly, all the equipment appeared clean and well-maintained, and the environment remained quiet and peaceful throughout my visit. I generally don’t think of medical/dental offices as “comfortable,” but to my surprise this one was. I will definitely be returning to La Mesa Modern Dental for my future dental needs, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
